This exercise is designed to see Aura for the first time and/or practice seeing Auras. Choosing good conditions is important: not only you see the Aura better, but also to gain a confidence about what you see.
You should see the background nearby the person brighter and differently colored. This is your perception of the Aura. The longer the concentration, the clearer the Aura.
After concentrating long enough, close your eyes. For a second or two, you will see the Aura only. This occurs because your visual sensors continue vibrating briefly after stimulation.
Look directly at someone's Brow Chakra (third eye). Concentrate for 30–60 seconds. With practice, any softly illuminated background will suffice.
Stand about 1.5 meters in front of a mirror with a plain white background and soft lighting. Practice daily to increase sensitivity.
Afterimages occur due to vibration memory of visual sensors. Aura afterimages appear larger than the object and represent Aura vibration snapshots.
Aura reflects True Nature. It shows personality beyond habits, social conditioning, and superficial behaviour.
