Mudras in Yoga

Mudras are symbolic yogic gestures that channel energy and promote physical, mental, and spiritual balance. Ancient texts describe many mudras, though 10–20 are commonly practiced today for meditation, pranayama, and energy balancing.
Gyan Mudra
Gesture of knowledge. Improves concentration, memory, calmness, and spiritual awareness.
